# 03. Parts ordering networks and third-party access > **Superseded in part, 18 Oct 2026.** A red-team pass checked this note against primary sources and found claims that are wrong or incomplete. Do not use a claim from this note before you check it in the claims check table of: [09-redteam-estimating-parts.md](view.html?f=notes/09-redteam-estimating-parts.md), [09-redteam-oem-scan.md](view.html?f=notes/09-redteam-oem-scan.md). Research date: 17 Oct 2026. Scope: US collision parts networks first, mechanical networks second. Method: public web pages, trade press, vendor terms. No log-ins, no sign-ups, no forms. Labels used in this file: - **VERIFIED**: I read the claim on the cited page. - **VENDOR CLAIM**: the vendor says it about itself. - **3RD PARTY**: a non-vendor source says it. Some of these sources sell competing API access. - **UNVERIFIED**: I could not confirm it. Do not use it as a fact. Limit: the shared web-search budget ran out near the end of this task. These items stay open: CollisionLink yearly order count, current PartsTrader insurer mandates, CIECA dues, WHI Solutions owner, the outcome of LKQ v. OPS. --- ## 1. The 6 facts that matter most 1. **OEC now owns most of the shop-side parts rails.** OEC owns CollisionLink, RepairLink, OPSTrax/TraxPro (merged Dec 2021), PartsTech (bought early 2025) and RepairLogic. Francisco Partners agreed to buy a majority of OEC in Nov 2025. OEC also sells EstimateIQ and RepairLogic. These products overlap with Revv's job. 2. **Enlyte (Mitchell's parent) now owns PartsTrader.** The deal closed 6 Apr 2026. PartsTrader launched "Orderly", an AI procurement platform, on 2 Dec 2025. 3. **No collision parts network has a public, self-serve API.** CCC Parts, CollisionLink, PartsTrader, Mitchell Integrated Parts and Solera InPart show no public developer docs. 4. **PartsTech has a real API, but it is gated and restrictive.** Access needs a signed Order Form. The terms forbid caching price data and forbid building a "database of ... pricing information". 5. **CCC Secure Share is the only documented third-party door into CCC ONE data.** It needs CIECA membership, CCC review and shop opt-in. It carries estimate data, which includes the parts lines the shop wrote. I found no evidence that it carries live CCC Parts supplier quotes. 6. **Suppliers sue over price-data leaks.** LKQ sued OPS in Jan 2022 in Delaware. LKQ said OPSTrax passed LKQ's confidential prices to OEM dealers. Any plan that copies or pools supplier prices carries this risk. --- ## 2. Notes per network ### 3.1 CCC Parts, the parts screen inside CCC ONE - CCC network page, read Oct 2026: "27.5M Parts quoted daily in CCC ONEĀ®". "$20B Parts orders processed in 2024". Suppliers can "Display your part inventory, ETAs, and pricing". https://www.cccis.com/collision-repairers/parts/network - Who joins: OEM dealers, aftermarket suppliers and recyclers. The page names no API, developer program or integration method. - AutoInc, 3 Aug 2020: "The CCC ONE platform includes electronic parts ordering (ePO) as an included feature." "Clients can view and compare OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts". https://www.autoinc.org/?p=24153 - The "Compare" screen name: UNVERIFIED. I found the compare function, not that screen name. - CCC Promote, 25 Jul 2023: it "enables parts suppliers to offer promotional pricing on parts to collision repairers" while the estimate is written. Toyota and Lexus dealers use it. CCC "enables more than $13 billion in parts sales annually". https://www.autobodynews.com/news/toyota-motor-north-america-selects-ccc-parts-technology - CCC Parts Parity with USAA, 25 Dec 2024: shops see the same suppliers that USAA reviewers use. "CCC did not answer questions about whether other insurers are currently using the program." https://www.repairerdrivennews.com/2024/12/25/usaa-rolls-out-ccc-program-that-shares-insurers-preferred-part-suppliers-with-stars-shops/ - Latest, 28 Apr 2026: mobile invoice scan. AI matches the invoice to the repair order and reads part numbers, quantities and prices. https://www.cccis.com/news-and-insights/posts/ccc-adds-mobile-invoice-scanning-to-ccc-one-to-streamline-parts-intake-and-reconciliation - **Third-party access:** none for live supplier quotes. CCC keeps this data inside CCC ONE. ### 3.2 CCC Secure Share, and how it relates to parts - FAQ: "App developers will need to be an active CIECA member before registration will be processed." "once approved, they will have access to technical documentation, APIs, and samples." https://www.ct.cccsecureshare.com/Faq - FAQ on fees for developers: "No. Secure Share is a cloud-based API that enables collision repairers to voluntarily share data with third party app developers." - FAQ on data: "The remaining EMS transaction types for Estimate, Final Bill, and Part Price Changes will be available on Secure Share". - Developer page: "Registration applications will be reviewed by CCC". "the appropriate BMS message will be assigned for each registered app based on business purpose". https://www.cccsecureshare.com/Developers - Repairer Driven News, 20 Jan 2017: possible one-time API fee of $2,500. "a per-workfile fee of $0.50 starting in April 2018". "a parts company receives the parts-related fields from each repair." https://www.repairerdrivennews.com/2017/01/20/ccc-says-secure-share-still-on-track-for-april-bms-switch-drawing-interest-from-familiar-new-companies/ - The FAQ and the 2017 article disagree on fees. The current fee is UNVERIFIED. - What this gives Revv: the parts lines on the shop's estimate, with the prices the estimator used. It does not show that Secure Share carries live CCC Parts quotes from suppliers. That claim is UNVERIFIED. - CIECA dues: UNVERIFIED. I did not find a public dues table. ### 3.3 OEC: CollisionLink, OPSTrax/TraxPro, RepairLink, RepairLogic, PartsTech Ownership: - Francisco Partners agreed to buy a majority stake in OEC from Genstar in Nov 2025. Genstar, Ford and GM stay as minority investors. OEC claims 45 OEMs, 30,000 dealers and 135,000 wholesale customers. https://www.aftermarketnews.com/oec-acquired-francisco-partners/ - OEC merged with Overall Parts Solutions, the maker of OPSTrax, on 22 Dec 2021: "Both OEC and OPS products and services will continue to be offered as is". https://www.repairerdrivennews.com/2021/12/22/oec-ops-to-merge-no-changes-to-products-and-services-planned/ - OEC acquired PartsTech in early 2025. Jones Day lists the deal under Jan 2025. Digital Commerce 360, 17 Mar 2025: PartsTech has "over 225 suppliers at 30,000 locations" and serves "more than 25,000 repair shops". https://www.digitalcommerce360.com/2025/03/17/oeconnection-acquires-partstech-to-boost-parts-procurement/ CollisionLink: - "an OEM collision parts procurement solution, connects genuine parts dealers with shops & buyers". "CollisionLink is free for shops". "over 40,000 active collision repair centers". "47 Manufacturer programs". https://oeconnection.com/products/collisionlink/ - The page mentions "DMS integration" for dealers. It names no estimating system and no API. - Fender Bender, 5 Jan 2026: new CollisionLink programs for Genesis, Nissan Canada and Hyundai Canada. A Ford Collision Rewards rebate runs through CollisionLink and TraxCollision. https://www.fenderbender.com/news/latest-news/news/55341390/oec-oec-looks-to-continue-momentum-after-2025-growth - Claim of 4,743,138 CollisionLink orders in 2024: UNVERIFIED. Only an aggregator page carries it. OPSTrax and ValuTrax: - ValuTrax "provides live pricing for eligible conquest parts from 13 OE manufacturer partners", Dec 2021 source above. RepairLink: - "connect mechanical parts dealers and repair shops". Shops "pay no registration fees, no monthly fees, and no transaction fees." https://oeconnection.com/products/repairlink/ - Integrations exist with R.O. Writer, 2017, and Protractor, 2020. R.O. Writer calls it "a licensed feature". https://docs.rowriter.com/Content/OEC/OE-Configuration.htm RepairLogic inside CCC ONE: - Announced 3 Nov 2025. General release 1 Jun 2026. RepairLogic uploads "the full repair plan, single-use parts report, and calibrations report" to the CCC Workfile. https://www.fenderbender.com/news/latest-news/news/55381253/oec-oec-launches-repairlogic-integration-with-ccc-one - This deal is about procedures, not parts ordering. No source links CollisionLink to CCC ONE. OEC partner program: I found no public OEC developer portal. oeconnection.com/developers, /partners and /api all return 404. ### 3.4 PartsTech, the best-documented API - Terms: "PartsTech, Inc., a Delaware corporation". Footer: "PartsTech, an OEC Company". https://partstech.com/api-agreement-terms/ - License: "limited, non exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable". - Fees: "The fees for the PartsTech API and the PartsTech Services are listed on the Order Form." A 2018 report said the API was free to developers and suppliers paid a transaction fee. The current API fee is UNVERIFIED. - Restriction on data: you may not "cache, copy, record, pre-fetch, compile or otherwise store any portion of the PartsTech Data except as required" for order accounting. - Restriction on competition: you may not "build a competitive product, service, platform or database of auto parts, vehicles, pricing information". - Access: PartsTech may suspend access "for any or no reason and at any time". - Supergood API report card, "Last verified: October 2026", 3RD PARTY that sells API access: "OpenAPI lists 93 paths and 101 operations covering catalog search, part interchanges, VIN and vehicle taxonomy." "Getting production credentials, however, runs through a partner integration process, with no sandbox and no listed SDKs." https://supergood.ai/api-report-card/partstech - Shop plans: Free $0, Plus $45 per month, Complete $85 per month. Free includes "Live wholesale pricing & inventory" and "Direct integration with 35+ management systems". https://partstech.com/pricing/ - Homepage: "300+ aftermarket parts and tire suppliers across 30,000+ locations, plus direct access to 8,800+ OE dealers through the RepairLink integration". It says "40+" systems in one place and "35+" in another. https://partstech.com/ - Shop setup in an SMS: the shop enters its PartsTech username and API key. Shopmonkey: "the credentials needed are your username and API key". https://help.shopmonkey.io/en/articles/8809801-shopmonkey-how-do-i-procure-parts-using-partstech - Collision fit: PartsTech is a mechanical and tire marketplace. OE dealer access goes through RepairLink, which is OEC's mechanical program. Coverage of collision sheet metal and OEM collision promo prices is UNVERIFIED. ### 3.5 PartsTrader - Enlyte agreed to buy PartsTrader on 18 Dec 2025. https://www.repairerdrivennews.com/2025/12/18/mitchell-parent-company-enlyte-to-acquire-partstrader/ - The deal closed in early Apr 2026. Fender Bender, 7 Apr 2026: "Enlyte has completed its acquisition of PartsTrader". PartsTrader will "continue to maintain full connectivity with all information providers, estimating systems, suppliers and partners." Mark Lindner leads it. https://www.fenderbender.com/news/latest-news/news/55369011/enlyte-enlyte-finalizes-partstrader-acquisition - Orderly, 2 Dec 2025: "the platform manages the parts ordering process from initial request/estimate to delivery and reconciliation." https://www.repairerdrivennews.com/2025/12/10/partstrader-launches-ai-platform-to-manage-parts-ordering/ - Crash Champions said it would deploy Orderly across 650+ sites. Source: PartsTrader press release coverage. VENDOR CLAIM. - Technology Partner Program, 1 Jun 2015: "The Shop Management System API and the Supplier Inventory System API". Protocols: "SOAP 1.2, OAuth 2.0 and the CIECA Parts & Materials Procurement BMS standard." https://fenderbender.com/news/article/55049356/partstrader-technology-partner-program-launched - Is the partner program still open in 2026? UNVERIFIED. partstrader.com returned HTTP 403 to my fetch. - **Which insurers mandate PartsTrader in 2025-2026: UNVERIFIED.** Every source on mandates that I found is from 2012 to 2015 and names State Farm Select Service. A search snippet says State Farm moved to a "tiered national rollout", but I could not date it. Do not cite a current mandate until a 2025-2026 source confirms it. ### 3.6 Mitchell / Enlyte parts - Parts sourcing page: OEM orders go electronically to OEConnection dealers. ShopPak sends parts lists as purchase orders. The page claims "instant access to accurate, up-to-date parts availability and pricing". https://www.mitchell.com/solutions/collision-repairers/estimating/parts-sourcing - Integrated Parts, 24 Nov 2025: "an add-on feature of Mitchell Cloud Estimating". "Also available in the U.S." The release names 7 Canadian suppliers, Keystone among them. https://mitchell.com/insights/news-release/auto-physical-damage/mitchell-expands-canadian-alternate-parts-network - Mitchell and uParts, Oct 2016: "Mitchell Parts Procurement" was built on uParts. Status after 2016 is UNVERIFIED. - Mitchell and LKQ: RepairCenter ToolStore integrated LKQ InTouch in 2012, with an update in 2020. https://www.fenderbender.com/news/article/55044654/mitchell-integrates-with-lkq-to-streamline-parts-procurement - Third-party access: no public Mitchell parts API found. ### 3.7 Solera: Audatex, Qapter, InPart - InPart formed in 2015 from DST and APU. In 2015, PartsNetwork quoted "over 103.5 million parts annually valued at $20.5 billion". Those numbers are old. - Apr 2025: Eurorepar parts data went into Qapter in 16 European countries. https://audatex.co.uk/solera-integrates-stellantis-owned-eurorepar-parts-data-to-improve-efficiency-in-the-european-automotive-industry/ - I found no 2025-2026 US parts news from Solera. A product named "AudaSmart" is UNVERIFIED. ### 3.8 Mechanical networks and shop management systems - **Nexpart, WHI Solutions:** NEXLINK lets "end users to punch out to Nexpart directly from a third-party application". ORDERLINK lets a third-party app check price and stock and place orders. "License restrictions apply." Access goes through sales@whisolutions.com. https://www.whisolutions.com/products/integration-tools/ - Tekmetric and Nexpart, 28 Aug 2025: the integration "connects Tekmetric's 11,000 customer shops with ... more than 53,000 vendors and 20 million products". https://www.digitalcommerce360.com/2025/08/28/tekmetric-adds-nexpart-digital-integration-to-expand-parts-access/ - **Worldpac speedDIAL 2.0:** Carlyle bought Worldpac for $1.5B. The sale closed 4 Nov 2024. https://www.ratchetandwrench.com/site-placement/latest-news/news/55240536/advance-auto-parts-finalizes-sale-of-worldpac-to-carlyle - An SMS connects with the shop's "account number and create an API token". https://support.shopmanager.identifix.com/support/solutions/articles/43000755513-configure-worldpac-speeddial-2-0-with-identifix-shop-manager - **Epicor Parts Network:** works through "EPN-enabled platforms". Mobile eStore reaches "more than 20,000 wholesalers". No public API found. - **Tekmetric:** parts integrations are PartsTech, Nexpart, Worldpac speedDIAL 2.0, MyPlace4Parts and "AdvancedPro", as the Tekmetric help center spells it. Tekmetric also has its own API. A 3RD PARTY says access needs a paid account and manual approval. - **Shopmonkey:** "For tire and parts procurement, Shopmonkey integrates with ATD/NTD, PartsTech, Nexpart, Epicor, and WorldPac." https://help.shopmonkey.io/en/articles/6097577-getting-started-integrations-with-shopmonkey - **Mitchell 1 Manager SE:** integrates Nexpart Multi-Seller and PartsTech. https://www.aftermarketnews.com/mitchell-1-integrates-nexpart-online-catalog-with-manager-se/ ### 3.9 LKQ / Keystone - LKQ recycled parts and Keystone aftermarket parts are sold inside CCC's parts network since 2014. https://utilities.cccis.com/?p=3679 - I found no public LKQ collision ordering API. The "eKeystone" app and its web-service keys belong to Keystone Automotive Operations, LKQ's specialty unit. That unit is not the collision-parts business. - **LKQ v. OPS**, Delaware Chancery, filed 12 Jan 2022, docket 2022-0036: LKQ said OPS "breached the Data Agreement by disclosing LKQ's data, specifically LKQ's confidential pricing information." LKQ said ValuTrax let an OEM "either match LKQ's price". https://www.repairerdrivennews.com/2022/01/28/lkq-sues-ops-claiming-unauthorized-release-of-confidential-pricing-data/ - Outcome of LKQ v. OPS: UNVERIFIED. The last coverage I found is from Oct 2022. ### 3.10 Partly: a new parts player and a direct competitor - $50M Series B, 24 Jun 2026, led by DST Global Partners. It "now enters the world's largest auto repair market, the US." https://www.intelligentcio.com/north-america/2026/06/24/partly-closes-historic-series-b-raise-at-us500m-valuation-and-announces-immediate-us-market-expansion/ - Body shop page: "Review your estimate against OEM procedures, guides, and policy automatically." "Every supplier option compared side by side". https://www.partly.com/us/repair/customers/bodyshop - The API is real but not open. The only public reference is "a sandboxed version of Partly's APIs" for a student hackathon on 12 Feb 2026. - 15-competitor-map.md already rates Partly as a High threat. --- ## 4. Can a startup get live part prices for a shop today? **Legal answer.** Yes, if the shop authorizes it and the startup uses an official integration under a signed agreement. The shop owns its supplier accounts and its estimate data. The networks own the integration terms. - Those terms treat prices as confidential. - PartsTech forbids storing or aggregating the data. - LKQ v. OPS shows that suppliers sue when their prices reach rivals. - A log-in scraper that uses the shop's credentials probably breaks the network's terms. I did not read every network's terms, so this is an inference. - This is not legal advice. **Practical answer for collision.** No network sells live collision quotes to a third party through a public API. - The live quotes sit inside CCC ONE, Mitchell, PartsTrader and CollisionLink. - CCC Secure Share gives the estimate lines the shop already wrote. It does not show live supplier bids. **Practical answer for mechanical.** Yes, through PartsTech, Nexpart or Worldpac, with the shop's own credentials. ### Cheapest realistic paths, in order | # | Path | What Revv gets | Cost and time | Main risk | |---|---|---|---|---| | 1 | Shop forwards or uploads quotes, invoices and estimate PDFs. Revv parses them | The real prices the shop paid or was quoted. Covers OEM, aftermarket and recycled parts | Lowest. No contract. Works on day 1 | Data comes after the fact, not live. Manual step for the shop | | 2 | CCC Secure Share app | Estimate parts lines, prices on the estimate, and BMS events at save or lock | CIECA membership plus CCC review. Fee UNVERIFIED. Weeks to months | CCC can refuse. CCC is a competitor. No live supplier quotes | | 3 | PartsTech partner API, for mechanical or future parts tool | Live wholesale price and stock from the shop's suppliers, plus OE dealers through RepairLink | Order Form. Fee UNVERIFIED. No sandbox, 3RD PARTY | OEC owns it and sells competing estimate tools. No caching. "No competitive database" clause. Revocable at any time | | 4 | Nexpart ORDERLINK or NEXLINK license | Live price and stock across 53,000+ vendors, mechanical | Through WHI sales. Fee not public | License terms unknown | | 5 | Partner deal with OEC for CollisionLink, or with Enlyte for PartsTrader | Live OEM collision quotes | No public program. Business development only | Both owners sell products that compete with Revv | **Recommendation.** - For collision now: use path 1, and apply for path 2 in parallel. - Do not build on live collision quotes for the first product. - For a later mechanical parts tool: path 3 or 4 is realistic. Read the PartsTech "competitive product" clause with a lawyer first.
